Hi I would like to see more villager based mob in the future, I have a few from another mod that I quite like, I will show them to you. If you feel like my suggestion is redundant and want to decide the mobs yourself, close the issue:

Yeti, hostile but tamable, tame and heal with meat: https://imgur.com/a/tfu0bXT
Villager guard: Villagers that fight back zombies, spawn in villages

All mobs mentioned above are from Diversity mod for Minecraft 1.7.10, whose author has abandoned, if you are interested in it, I can give you the link to a dropbox with the file

Maybe I will. Fun fact, I made that Yeti and Dwarf and still probably have the source somewhere. Maybe....

What do you think about villager guards?
