Camouflage Armor doesn't affect Mob Detection Range

Wearing a full set of Camouflage Armor in the most recent version does not affect the mob detection range, despite the Item Info on the mod page.

Tested in game with multiple mobs, all of which detect a Camo player from the regular 16 blocks away.

Tested in:
MC 1.12.2
Primitive Mobs 1.2.2a
Forge 14.23.5.2772

I cannot reproduce this issue in my modpack (320 mods). Everything seems to work fine here.
