I'm not sure if this is PM or MM causing the issue, but it seems like having one or the other installed while having Bailey's Dailies installed causes the Bailey villager to only spawn in her village building some of the time. The rest of the time what should be Bailey is a regular villager. After removing your mobs, I have found Bailey as expected in every single village checked. I'm going to check several more and double check that it's working as intended. Will report back if I find some other explanation.

I also see this occurring. For Mystical Village 2 I've noticed it right after the December update.
