I have both plain vanilla bees and Resourceful bees using my advanced oak beehive, and up until the latest version that's available on Curse, the only issue I had was that the Resourceful Bees didn't render in the slots in the Advanced Beehive, which wasn't that big a deal, since the tooltip still showed up. Now with 0.6.9.7, they don't render, there's no tooltip, and they don't leave resource combs, just vanilla ones.
