Bees take damage and die as if falling out of the world if below Y 0

Modpack: ATM 7 0.2.15
Mod version: 0.8.0.3

While below Y 0, any Productive Bees bees we tested with would immediately start taking damage and die. Spawn method doesn't seem to matter. We tried nests, spawn eggs, and spawning Vanilla bees and then feeding them to transform them - while Vanilla bees survive, PB bees immediately start taking damage.
