Playing modpack FTB Skies, In the pack if you sort the beehive inventory it will remove all items, Upgrades, Wax, Bottles, Everything is gone except the bees.

That’s the sorting mods fault. You can tell the FTB Skies team to blacklist the hive GUI from sorting.
