I accidently placed a inviable Redstone lock and i cant make it go away i don't know what to do and i cant place anything where it is.

How in the world did you manage to do that? Can you use the command setblock to place something in its position?
The block should have disappeared on its own but I’ve never tried placing it manually myself.
