Use Case:

Add the ability to add JEI integration into the filter upgrade.

1. I want to be able to capture a nomad bee.
2. I bring up the nomad bee in JEI
3. I drag and drop this (in some manner) to the upgrade filter
4. The filter upgrade is configured to capture a nomad bee

that sounds very complicated and useful
