EMC reset after installing

Hi, I know that was recently relesed Project Expansion for 1.19.2, and I decided to install it in my pack with already ProjectE installed and after I installed Project Expansion my EMC and my knowledge were resetted. Can anyone help me? Maybe bringing my knowledge back!
