[BUG]: Links are not collecting EMC

Links are not collecting EMC in any way.

Minecraft Version

ProjectExpansion Version
1.0.1

Mod Loader and Version
Neoforge 21.1.186

Reproduction Steps

  1. Place an EMC link and surround it with collectors. The collectors will fill up with EMC and then stop collecting. No EMC flows into the link. Also tried it with a relay in place between the collectors and the link.
  2. Put a hopper on top of the link and add items to it. The items flow into the link (or at least they disappear from the hopper), but no EMC is generated.

I was able to replicate in a world with just ProjectE and Project Expansion installed.
