When creating a file for a new mod for the first time (and folders for the first time), it errors out, saying that it can't find the path specified. This is fixed by manually creating the language specific directory (in my case, "en_us") under "ModDocs/[modid]/[version]" and "ModDocs/[modid]/[version]/structure".
