Crash - Vein Mining on First Boot

Describe the bug
Attempting to break a block with the vein mining marker enabled, without a tool, on the initial boot of a fresh install of PMMO will result in a crash.

This does not happen when:

  • deleting the configs to force them to regenerate
  • creating a new world for a fresh player data

Expected behavior
Vein mining should either work, recover from this error, or simply skip the attempt, as the player likely cannot vein mine anyways in this instance.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install PMMO with no configs.
  2. Launch the game.
  3. Enable the vein mining marker.
  4. Break a block.
  5. Crash.
