Inventory GUI Bug

PMMO has a bug where the inventory GUI breaks in a couple ways when you attempt to scroll. One way is the GUI locking and the other is the GUI not displaying each all skills.

The expected behavior for the inventory GUI is to show all abilities, if the are not enough abilities to scroll, the GUI should not have any movement. If the GUI has more skills than the GUI displays, the GUI should show and smoothly scroll to reveal all abilities.

To Reproduce the locking of the GUI:

  1. Have less than 8 skills
  2. Open the player inventory and open the PMMO GUI
  3. Either click in the empty space where the scroll bar is supposed to be or scroll with mouse wheel
  4. The GUI then locks

To Reproduce the undisplayed skills in the GUI:

  1. Have at least 8 skills
  2. Open the player inventory and open the PMMO GUI
  3. Scroll to find the bottom two skills not displaying
  4. Refer to PMMO HUD Skill list to confirm bottom two abilities in that list don't appear in the inventory GUI
