When using Total Levels- Requirement doesn't show in Tooltip UNTIL requirement is met.

Describe the bug
I have Total Levels Skill in my Configs. The skill functions correctly, but the tool tip doesn't show until AFTER you meet the requirement
Expected behavior
Requirement to show before you reach it
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Use Total Level in Datapack
- look at item.
