[Minor][Display] Losing XP Ticker

Describe the bug
When you lose XP, it displays as "+- "
Eg: +-50 Combat

Expected behavior
-50 Combat

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set zombies to award -50 combat XP when they are killed
  2. Kill a zombie
