Describe the solution you'd like
To only have the speed boost from agility only apply when sprinting (the time when the player wants more speed. This would mean a larger increment could be safely made without risk of having characters walking around at warp speed.

Why is this feature needed
Right now, at higher levels, the speed bonus could be seen as a problem. There is no way for a player to turn it off.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Perhaps have it off for crouch-moving, a percentage for walking, and full bonus for sprinting.
