Describe the bug
PMMO.dat file balloons with erroneous player UUIDs that don't exist (some reports of up to 10,000,000+)

Expected behavior
Only players that have logged in and gotten XP in a skill should be present.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make a new singleplayer game with only PMMO added.
2. Run around a bit.
3. File should have extra entries
