Describe the bug
When vein mining with Silent Gear tools, they vein mine regular stone fine, but not ore.

Expected behavior
Vein mining should work with ores using Silent Gear as well as it works with regular stone.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Silent Gear
2. Give self plenty of mining XP to use tools
3. Give self a stone pickaxe and gold pickaxe
4. Craft the stone pickaxe (just put it in crafting grid with nothing else) to produce a Silent Gear version
5. Try Vein Mining ore
