Hide the 0% bonus from the item description and make it more visible.

Why is this feature needed
I'm applying a nbt bonuses to Tetra, but if I apply "ADD_TO" or "REPLACE" , there's a problem that I can't apply the bonus as I want.

If I want to give 5% of bonus of mining, I have to apply 1.05 but it has left and right side.
When both of these are applied, it's 210%.

Fortunately, I found a solution.
Select any "path" and set the operator to EXIST.
Then set "value" to 1, it can be solved it.

But there is one problem.
When you applied the 0% bonus, all applied bonuses were displayed in the item description box. Even though they're 0%.

Because of this, the item description has become very large.
I think hiding descriptions marked 0% can increase visibility.
