A method for moving the position of the inventory PMMO skill list button that is in the inventory.

Why is this feature needed
Because a LOT of mods are using this feature now, and none of them (PMMO included) have a way to shift the button around.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Making a single button that covers the whole screen. Or not.
