Break HEALTH_CHANGED into 2 sub events HEALTH_GAINED and HEALTH_LOST

Describe the solution you'd like
Have 2 different events for gaining or losing life.

Why is this feature needed
It would be nice to be able to specify what skill is gained when damage is taken vs damage being healed. That way I can update it so when a player takes damage they gain constitution, but when they gain life they gain wisdom. This would also allow for players to create a medicine skill that they can level and tie perks to if they wanted.
