[1.21] `/pmmo admin` Command Not Working

Describe the bug
/pmmo admin SomewhatDamaged add mining level 10 didn't give any levels in mining.

Expected behavior
I should get 10 levels in mining.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make world with commands enabled
  2. Try to give yourself a level in mining
  3. See error
  4. There is no 3

Oh, this seems to be an issue where it isn't writing it to current total. Reloading shows the right amount.
