Items with USE req force disconnect of the user for chat error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. configure an item with a USE req
2. give item and attempt to use
3. be disconnected from server.

Versions:

• Minecraft: 1.21
• Loader: NF 21.1.49
• PMMO: 1.21.1-2.4.13

This bug seems to be resolved with an update to NeoForge. I suspect it's 21.1.55 that fixed it.
