[1.21.1] Not Getting Growth XP for Saplings Growing

Describe the bug
When a tree grows that you planted the sapling for, you don't get the GROWTH XP amount.
Expected behavior
Getting farming XP for growing a tree.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Plant a sapling
- Either wait for it to grow or bonemeal it
- Get no farming XP
Versions:
- Minecraft: 1.21.1
- Loader: NeoForge 21.1.97
- PMMO: 1.21.1-2.6.22
