Describe the bug
Hi, I've been using PMMO for Minecraft 1.21.1 for a while and I think I just noticed some bugs with the fishing skill: Fishing only gives skill increase for fishing up vanilla fishes but not stuff like treasures or non-vanilla fishes this and increasing the autovalue and multiplier doesn't change the rate of gain as of the latest 1.21.1 version.

Expected behavior
Treasure and non-vanilla fish to give fishing XP. Also junk items do not seem to give any XP compared to, for example, 1.18.2 and auto-value and multiplier config to influence the rate of gain for fishing skill.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Use a fishing rod to fish up non-vanilla fish or treasure, no XP gained and config multiplier and auto-value not changing the gain value.

Versions:

• Minecraft: 1.21.1
• Loader: Forge-21.1.197
• PMMO: 1.21.1-2.7.34

@GamerJean2023 , I whipped up an instance with just PMMO and Aquaculture. Every fish and treasure I pulled provided XP. vanilla had higher values because of the pre-configured settings, but all of the modded stuff still gave 10 fishing XP, as expected from AutoValues. To further investigate this issue, could you list the fishing mods you are using?
