Describe the bug
When using the Valkrien Skies Dedication Bottle to assemble a ship, the player Building skill is set to a huge negative number.

Expected behavior
A ship is assembled and skills are unaffected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• PMMO
• Valkrien Skies
• VS Sails

Make a ship, splash it with a dedication bottle.

Occurs in both Single Player and Multiplayer.
Issue lodged with Valkrien Skies devs also (in their Discord)

This sounds similar to the construction wands phenomenon. The bottle likely simulates block placing mechanics in some manner (hard to say without a link to the source). PMMO detects these placements. What's hard to determine is why it's going negative. I doubt it's a overflow, but it could be. There's not really a lot of cases where xp can be negative, so i need better testing. Does this same negative happen if you try and make a super small ship/raft?
