Deepslate Not Assigned Mining XP

Describe the bug
Deepslate doesn't have any Mining XP assigned to it on a fresh install.

Expected behavior
Deepslate should have Mining: 10 the same as all the other basic rock types.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install fresh 1.19.2
  2. Install latest Forge (43.1.25 tested)
  3. Install latest PMMO (1.19-0.4.0 tested)
  4. Start game
  5. No Mining XP for deepslate.
