Smelting Food Doesn't Give Cooking XP

Describe the bug
In previous versions of the mod, smelting food (in furnace and smoker) gave cooking experience and had a chance to get multiple food output. This version doesn't do that.

Expected behavior
Putting smeltable items into a furnace you have placed and smelting them into a food item gives cooking XP.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Place a furnace or smoker
  2. Put fuel in the bottom
  3. Add raw beef (or other smeltable-to-food items)
  4. When output items that are food are produced, you get no XP.
