A message in chat, seen only by the current player, telling them what leveled up.

Why is this feature needed
Right now it can be ambiguous as to what skill leveled up.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe something graphical showing what leveled up, that fades after a few moments (downside is you can't look back at progress).
