[Bug] Duplicate "Blue Insulated Wire" names in IC Workbench

What happened?
The name "Blue Insulated Wire" is duplicated in the Wires tab of IC Workbench. Probably, one side (lighter color) is "Light Blue Insulated Wire". Project Red: Transmission does not have this bug.

How do you make it happen again?
- Set up an IC workbench.
- Place the IC blueprint on top of it.
- Open the Wires tab on the IC workbench GUI and check.
