Is there any chance that crafting pipe will be working with Fancy Workbench from Bibliocraft? Or should I ask about it Bibliocraft's developers?

Don't know what that is, but if its an inventory, it should work. If it doesn't, then either its not suppose to, or, the dev derped. In theory, any inventory that can receive something and turn it into something else can work.
