For the simplicity of dolts like myself is there a possibility of getting a list of what everything is? I have (for example) mechanical. what is that now? Just curious so when I update my modpack I am not crashing myself out :)

Like the dependencies and contents of each file? Their descriptions are right next to the download links on the wiki.
