Gates are taking signal from scaffolded redwire (another case)

It happens only when I place the sswire above the gate before the piece on the right.
Notice that the right torch of the NAND gate is dark.
Fixed via c116a51, waiting to see if CB can find a better fix.

Assuming you are running an up to date version..
Framed wire "connects" to the gate block, so when the gate asks if the framed wire is connected, it says yes, then gate pulls its signal. Will fix.
