Duplication bug on request

Hey there,
first of all, great mod and thanks for porting it to 1.10.2!
There seems to be a duplication bug if you request something. Not all blocks get duplicated but (I guess) a random amount.
For example I..
request 1471 Coal and get 1899
request 212 Iron and get 276
request 123 Stone and get 123
request 129 Flint and get 129
request 181 Moss Stone and get 234
Server is running on Forge 12.18.3.2316
Do you need any other information? I'm not sure what else I should provide in this case.
If you need the world, I can upload it.
I didn't find any errors in the logs.

I just tested it without any other mods except the mods Project Red depends on, of course.
Same behaviour.
Fixed with 7054e5e. Since this is a major issue, expect a new version later today.
