[1.7.10] Project Bench consumes Philosopher's Stone

When I want to craft something in Project Bench using Philosopher's Stone, Project Bench just consume the Philosopher's Stone (doesnt return into my inventory). Please fix this

Sorry, no updates for 1.7. This is likely fixed in 1.10+ anyway.
