I don't what to call this, because "Timer" is already taken, although I think "Clock Repeater" or "Ticker" would be more suited to that block.

It has a gui to select timing.
It has 1 input at the bottom, 1 output at the top.

When powered, it sends in to out, and regardless of in's state after, it will continue to output in until the timer expires.

When increasing the time the system gets exponentially larger, making a logic gate useful.

I use it with Pulse Formers to convert lever type inputs to button like ones.
