IC Bench claims wirenet has no in/outs from bundled cables

I'm attempting to build a very simple 8-bit register in an IC. I've tested building this exact design in the world and it works fine, but when I try to build it in the IC workbench, the bundled wires work fine but the individual colours as they're broken out all say "wirenet channel has no inputs" (or outputs). I attempted to fabricate the IC regardless and, unsurprisingly, it doesn't work. Here is the design:

(The bundled cable to the right just runs to a bundled output, and the null gates are complaining for the same reason as the wires.)

Even in a simpler application, it consider this invalid for lack of input:

Replacing the bundled cable right at the input or output fixes the error for that particular wire colour, but of course this renders the purpose of the bundled cables and the entire IC useless.

I can't imagine that this is intended behaviour, but I also can't imagine how no one else would've encountered it by now (unless they simply didn't report it).

As an aside, thank you for a wonderful mod and all the time and effort you put into it! :D

I see now, different bundled inputs have to be added separately. Alas, looks like I've become another victim of lack of documentation, although I understand why it's still lacking. Time is a finite resource!

For anyone wondering how I fixed this: when you add multiple bundled inputs to one side, they will be able to be independently set to the different frequencies (colours of insulated wire), but will all still use a normal bundled connection when the gate is placed. The same applies to output.
