Kicked from server when frame motor activates and pushes structure

The error I get is as follows:
Internal Exception: io.nettyhandler.codec.DecoderException: The received string length is longer than maximum allowed (21 > 20)
It happens every time without fail. When I reconnect to the server, the frame contraption has moved according to the direction of the frame motor, but I cannot be connected while it happens. No other mod has produced this error for me.
We have this happening on an All the Mods 3 (5.12.1) server. The PR Modules installed are:

The crash happens on sending a redstone signal to the frame motor but not when turning off the redstone.
