Statecell turn-on on world load?

I built a large line of state cells like this, running across 3 chunks.
(Attempt at analog signal generator)
pr-statecellturnon
There are no extra wires on ends of the line

I saved the world, flied a bit away and loaded it back.
One state cell turned on!

Then I built a larger strip.. and every 2nd state cell turned on.

UPDATE: Now it happened only to the row where signal goes from North to South
The other statecell row on the other side of the red alloy wiring stayed off.

So..it turns out negative values of pstart need to be not-shifted...
D´Oh, It looks like it was my change that broke it. Thanks for fixing it.

So I was right after all when I said "I am sure there will be a catch to this elegant fix." in the pull request :-/
