Block placer correctly puts partial blocks into frame only from one direction.

Describe the bug
From one side, block placer puts a panel into a frame correctly. From other sides it "misses", putting the block aside of the frame. Also, additional panel is put aside the frame if placer is activated twice.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Place a block placer, place a frame where former will put blocks, load placer with a cover, activate.
  2. Repeat (1) 5 more times for all cardinal directions

Expected behavior
A cover is placed inside the frame from the side the block placer was on.

Versions
Include versions of the dependencies. And since you're looking at it, make sure ProjectRed is up to date. Don't submit bugs for old versions, as they could have been fixed.
