Describe the bug
Sometimes Request pipe showing double/triple amount. I tried different setups, but doesnt help.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place Chest
2. Connect it to Interface Pipe
3. Put in chips
4. Connect it to Request Pipe
5. Put in some items.
6. Look in Request Pipe see bad amount.
7. If not occur try again. Sometimes it work properly.

Expected behavior
Show the right amount of items.
