I don't know who the owner of the wiki is but I think he should remove it because it appears at the top of google searches despite the fact that it is mostly outdated and full of spam.

It’s an older wiki for previous versions of project red. I don’t have any control over how Google chooses to organize search results. There will be a new one at some point, most likely hosted on GitHub.
