Describe the bug
As the title says, gems don't generate in the world. At first I thought they were just rarer than I remembered, and I also found this: #1274, but then I just couldn't find any, whilst I was able to find diamonds.
I ended up downloading some XRay/scanner mods and Mekanism's digital miner and whilst they were able to find diamonds, they didn't find any of the ProjectRed gems.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run ProjectRed with default configuration (gems enabled)

Expected behavior
They should generate.

Versions
Include versions of the dependencies. And since you're looking at it, make sure ProjectRed is up to date. Don't submit bugs for old versions, as they could have been fixed.

Never mind, I was able to find a couple using Mekanism's digital miner in a different location. They seem much rarer than diamonds (all 3 gem ores combined generate less than half as much as diamond ore), but thankfully they do generate!
