Flashing Sky?

Not sure what mod update caused it, but all of a sudden Project Red makes the sky flash like a strobe light. Its inconsistanly paced and doesnt flash when in my inventory. No crash log, but it ONLY happens when i add Project Red to my pack. Very strange...
Make a minecraft instance with just ProjectRed and see what other mod you have to add to get the issue.
Just tried, couldn't reproduce. My guess is optifine or something. Hard to tell without more info
Sorry for the lack of info, but i just went through my ~80 or so mods and its definatly iChun's PhotoReal. New mod, must be some strange fancy rendering something that i don't understand. no flashing with one OR the other, but with BOTH, the flashing happens. Tested with just ccc, nei, wrcbe, multipart, project red and photoreal
