I'm not sure if this is possible in 3-gates or less, but since they are used all the time, a single-block BUD switch seems like a logical addition.

If there is an easy way to create this using 2 existing gates, then perhaps this is a great addition to your wiki section about what you can make with the mod.

I am not in favor of BUD switches, they break the immersion of the simulated world by introducing implementation mechanics as interactive features. Feel free to make an addon.
