After placing a good amount of lamps, we see them on the sky, just as the below picture shows. For example, the white lights on the sky to the right correspond to the lamps placed on the big building to the right.

Another mod is definitely interfering.

I remember seeing a very similar effect just with PR and TrussMod.
ON lamp Halos seem to render even in places where the world does not render itself.

The lamps disappear from the sky if the Graphics setting is turned from fancy to fast.
