Strange alloy wire behavior

Hello.
I've problem with red alloy wires, because they don't transmit redstone power between lamps edges.
In other situations they work fine.

PS. It happens on 1.6.4 and also on 1.6.2 (latest FMP and ChickenCore, latest Project Red releases)
