Hello I'm having issues with my server crashing it seems like its trying to make a client call. I'm using 4.0.1 build 4.

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/minecraft/client/renderer/tileentity/TileEntitySpecialRenderer

I'm searching through all the reported issues and haven't come across the solution yet. Thanks for the help.

This is fixed in a later version. This wasn't fixed in 1.6.2.
