Lamps not glowing on 'Fancy' graphic setting

As the title says, lamps do not have the glow effect when they are on and when using 'Fancy' graphic settings. They do glow on 'Fast' though.

Minecraft version: 1.6.4
Forge version: 9.11.1.196
ProjectRed version: 4.0.5.12

Turns out it is ModularPowerSuits interfering. Sorry for bothering.
