There is a id conflict with Factorization and project red it's not a big one to crash the game but it can be exploited I don't know if it is your mod or Neptune Pinks but I will tell you both about it. What happens is that dirty dark iron gravel is in the game since Neptune added dark iron ore and when you laceorate the dark iron is it supposed to give you dirty dark iron grave but it shares the same id as the inverted purple lantern so it will give the lantern and not the dirty dark iron gravel.

Then change it in the config?

There is a problem, you can't change the id's I've tried

there is an ID value in the configs for lanterns. Change it.
